From upload to sign-off

You see every step your filing takes.

Your filing sheet ticks a stage only once it is finished. Until every document is in, it shows how many are still needed.

  1. 1

    Documents

You upload the cycle’s documents. Each file is stored privately with a SHA-256 fingerprint, and every version is kept.

  2. 2

    In audit

Your auditor checks the KRA PIN and the figures against the firm’s SOP checklist for that cycle.

  3. 3

    Partner review

An audit partner reviews the work. Every review note must be cleared before sign-off is possible.

  4. 4

    Signed off

The partner signs off and you download the stamped Official Filing Copy from your dashboard.

Your documents, protected

Built like an audit file.

The rules are enforced in the database itself, so they hold on every screen and every device.

  • Your files stay private

Only the partners and the auditor working on your filing can open your documents, and only while that work is open. You only ever see your own company.

  • Nothing is overwritten

Every upload is fingerprinted with SHA-256 and kept as a new version, so the file that was signed off can always be proven.

  • No shortcuts to sign-off

A filing is signed off only when its checklist is complete, every review point is cleared and every document you owe is in.

  • A record of every step

Each step on your filings is logged with who did it and when, and the log cannot be edited or deleted.

  • Independent auditors

An auditor with a conflict of interest in your company is never assigned to your work.

  • Kenya Data Protection Act

ID numbers and KRA PINs are used for your statutory compliance work only, and reach only the professionals assigned to you.

Questions

What clients ask before they start.

Anything else? Get in touch, or message your team from the dashboard once you are signed in.

When do I upload?

By the 10th for payroll statutories, the 15th for VAT and eTIMS, and the 25th for bank and cashbook reconciliation, for the cycles you take. Your dashboard shows the next deadline and how many days are left.

Will I be reminded?

Yes. Reminders go out three days before each deadline and on the day. If a filing is returned to you, you get a three-day window to re-upload.

Who can see my documents?

Only the audit partners and the auditor assigned to your filing, while that work is open. Access is enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the screens.

How do I get the signed-off copy?

Once a partner signs off, your dashboard offers the Official Filing Copy: your original file stamped with the sign-off, or a signed certificate naming the file and its fingerprint.

What does my compliance score mean?

The share of your required filings for this month and the two before that are signed off. It is 100% only when every one of them is approved.

How long does registration take?

Register your company online in a few minutes. An audit partner reviews your KYC documents and activates the account, usually within one working day.

Where do you work?

We are registered in Kenya and Somalia, with offices in Nairobi and Mogadishu, and work across East Africa. Clients outside Africa are advised remotely.

How are fees agreed?

Workplans and fees are agreed up front for every engagement, so there are no surprise invoices.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The dashboard installs as an app on Android, iPhone and desktop, with notifications when a filing moves or the firm messages you.
