From your first upload to a signed-off filing.
Everything happens in your dashboard: what to upload and by when, where each filing is in our checks, messages with your audit team and the signed-off copies.
Four steps to your first filing.
- 01
Create your account
Sign up with Google or your email, or open the invite link the firm sent you.
- 02
Register your company
Company details, directors and your KYC documents, plus the services and monthly cycles you want.
- 03
A partner approves it
An audit partner reviews your KYC documents, usually within one working day, or tells you what to change.
- 04
Your schedule opens
This month’s filing sheet appears with a row for each cycle you chose, and the upload reminders start.
Have these ready to register
- Certificate of incorporation and its registration number
- Company KRA PIN certificate
- CR12 official search (CR1 to CR8 if you have them)
- Each director’s ID and personal KRA PIN
- The services and monthly cycles you want
Upload by the deadline. We take it from there.
Reminders go out three days before each deadline and on the day. If we need a corrected file, you get a three-day window to re-upload, and the filing picks up where it left off. The cycles: 10th payroll statutories, 15th vat & etims, 25th bank & cashbook reconciliation.
- 1
Documents
You upload the cycle’s documents. Each file is stored privately with a SHA-256 fingerprint, and every version is kept.
- 2
In audit
Your auditor checks the KRA PIN and the figures against the firm’s SOP checklist for that cycle.
- 3
Partner review
An audit partner reviews the work. Every review note must be cleared before sign-off is possible.
- 4
Signed off
The partner signs off and you download the stamped Official Filing Copy from your dashboard.
Your documents, and who can see them.
Access and sign-off rules are enforced in the database itself, so they hold on every screen and every device.
Your files stay private
Only the partners and the auditor working on your filing can open your documents, and only while that work is open. You only ever see your own company.
Nothing is overwritten
Every upload is fingerprinted with SHA-256 and kept as a new version, so the file that was signed off can always be proven.
No shortcuts to sign-off
A filing is signed off only when its checklist is complete, every review point is cleared and every document you owe is in.
A record of every step
Each step on your filings is logged with who did it and when, and the log cannot be edited or deleted.
Independent auditors
An auditor with a conflict of interest in your company is never assigned to your work.
Kenya Data Protection Act
ID numbers and KRA PINs are used for your statutory compliance work only, and reach only the professionals assigned to you.
Your dashboard is waiting.
Existing clients sign in to upload, follow each filing and download signed-off copies. New clients register their company online in a few minutes.
